Postage
Due to their reliability, we use Royal mail services and dispatch items by 1 pm each working day. Tracking information can be provided on request and next-day delivery is available upon request. Please email info@southcoaststickers.com to request. If a t-shirt is not in stock, it will be delivered to us the next day and we will make every effort to dispatch it on the same working day. Working days are Monday – Friday (May include Saturdays at busy times of the year)
We want each and every customer to be happy with their order, so if you make a mistake regarding the size on our pre-orders, we will happily exchange the product to meet your requirements. Please note that custom print jobs will only be refunded in the rare case that there is a fault with the manufacturing process or fault with the garment itself. All of our items are quality checked before dispatch to ensure peace of mind with every purchase.
