Postage
We ship all of our orders the same day before 5 pm, (Monday to Saturday) After that your bag will be shipped the next day. All items ordered Sunday shipped on Monday.
Returns
All of our tote bags are handmade and quality checked before distribution, but if you are unhappy or have changed your mind you have 30 days to return the tote bag to us for a replacement or full refund.
